Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy systemu implantów do stabilizacji kręgosłupa zawierających moduły sztywne (1) z wnęką o zasadniczo prostopadłościennym kształcie, do łączenia z kręgosłupem lub ze strukturami anatomicznymi okołokręgosłupowymi lub z innym implantem oraz co najmniej jeden moduł ruchomy (2) o regulowanym stopniu ruchomości, łączący ze sobą moduły sztywne (1) w układzie szeregowym, system implantów zawiera co najmniej jeden aktuator (3) do regulowania stopnia ruchomości sąsiadującego z nim modułu ruchomego (2). Zgłoszenie charakteryzuje się tym, że co najmniej jeden moduł ruchomy (2) ma kształt zasadniczo litery „U” mającej ramię pierwsze i ramię drugie stanowiące przeciwległe ściany boczne połączonych nim modułów sztywnych (1), przy czym aktuator (3) jest umieszczony przy jednym spośród ramion, pierwszego lub drugiego, modułu ruchomego (2), zaś element ruchomy (3a) aktuatora (3) roboczo współpracuje z drugim spośród ramion, pierwszego lub drugiego, przeciwległym do aktuatora (3).
