Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania warstw spienionych geopolimerów metodą natryskiwania bezpośrednio na powierzchni obejmujący etapy: a) wymieszanie składników sypkich mieszanki do wytwarzania geopolimerów i przeprowadzenie procesu geopolimeryzacji, b) wprowadzenie środka spieniającego do układu reakcyjnego, c) natryskiwanie mieszanki geopolimerowej na powierzchnię przy użyciu dyszy, d) utwardzanie mieszaniny pianki geopolimerowej, charakteryzuje się tym, że mieszanina składników sypkich do wytwarzania geopolimeru zawiera materiały zmiennofazowe, które wprowadza się w postaci mieszaniny trzech materiałów zmiennofazowych w proporcji od 1:1:0,5 do 1:1:2, a materiały te pochodzą z grupy parafin, przy czym dwa z nich są sypkie, a jeden ma postać zawiesiny i jest wprowadzany do mieszaniny reakcyjnej po wprowadzeniu roztworu aktywującego, a roztwór aktywujący wprowadzany jest w postaci 10M roztworu wodorotlenku sodu i szkła wodnego sodowego w stosunku 1:1,8, a środek spieniający wprowadzany jest do masy reakcyjnej po procesie geopolimeryzacji w postaci nadtlenku wodoru - H2O2 w ilości od 3% do 8% wag., a natryskiwanie odbywa się bez dodatkowych wypełniaczy bezpośrednio na powierzchnię, przy czym proces utwardzania mieszanki geopolimerowej realizowany jest poprzez wygrzewanie promiennikiem podczerwieni. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również linia technologiczna do stosowania powyższego sposobu.
