Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania toryfikatu jako węgla aktywnego do filtracji, który charakteryzuje się tym, że rozdrobnioną słomę z kukurydzy suszy się do wilgotności 8% - 12 % w suszarce, a następnie toryfikuje się biomasę w reaktorze w obecności przegrzanej pary podawanej z kotła parowego, o ciśnieniu 0,2 - 0,3 MPa i temperaturze 325°C – 350°C, przy czym suszenie odbywa się z użyciem powietrza ogrzanego w ekonomizerze ciepłem pary wtórnej o ciśnieniu 0,10 - 0,12 MPa i temperaturze 100°C – 110°C skroplonej w skruberze, a odbieranej z reaktora ponadto proces toryfikacji prowadzi się w sposób ciągły.
