Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest, przedstawiona na rysunku proteza do odprowadzenia moczu u pacjentów pozbawionych pęcherza moczowego, charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera rurkę, którą stanowi hydrofilowa matryca wykonana z siatki polipropylenowej albo poliestrowej w kształcie rurki o średnicy od 8 mm do 12 mm i długości od 50 mm do 100 mm, zakończona z jednej strony kołnierzem wykonanym z włókniny z mikro i nanowłókien otrzymanych z syntetycznego polimeru włóknotwórczego, w szczególności rozpuszczalnego w rozpuszczalnikach organicznych, takiego jak: poli(laktyd), poli(glikolid), poli(kaprolakton), poliamid, poliimid, poli(węglan trimetylenu), poli(dioksanon), poli(octan winylu), poli(alkohol winylowy), poli(N-winylo-2-pirolidon), poli(winylobutyral), poliuretan, poli(eterouretan), poliwęglan, poliwęglan aromatyczny, poli(tlenek etylenu), poli(glikol etylenowy), poli(akrylan metylu), poli(metakrylan metylu), poli(kwas akrylowy), poli(akrylamid), poli(akrylonitryl), poli(chlorek winylu), poli(fluorek winylidenu), poli(tetrafluoroetylen), politereftalan glikolu etylenowego, ich mieszanin albo kopolimerów, polimerów naturalnych takich jak: estry i etery celulozy (np. karboksymetyloceluloza, karboksyetyloceluloza, metyloceluloza), kolagen, żelatyna, fibrynogen, jedwab naturalny; w szczególności kopolimer L-laktydu i kaprolaktonu, poli(L-laktyd-co-kaprolakton), pokryta na stronie wewnętrznej warstwą usieciowanego hialuronianu sodu o średnim ciężarze cząsteczkowym od 2 000 kD do 2 500 kD w postaci filmu z dodatkiem plastyfikatora - alkoholu wielowodorotlenowego, korzystnie gliceryny w ilości od 10% wagowych do 20% wagowych, w stosunku do masy suchego hialuronianu sodu, a na powierzchni zewnętrznej warstwą kolagenu typu I pochodzenia zwierzęcego o średnim ciężarze cząsteczkowym od 250 kD do 350 kD w postaci warstwy nanowłóknistej, przy czym warstwa hialuronianu sodu wynosi od 15% wagowych do 25% wagowych, korzystnie 20% wagowych w stosunku do masy protezy, a warstwa kolagenowa od 20% wagowych do 40% wagowych, korzystnie 30% wagowych w stosunku do masy protezy. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób wytwarzania ww. protezy.
