Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób pre-procesowania wsadu odpadowego o wysokiej zawartości tworzyw sztucznych, szczególnie poliolefinowych lub o wysokiej zawartości tej grupy tworzyw, do procesu termokatalitycznej degradacji tworzyw sztucznych, obejmujący jednocześnie proces suszenia, podgrzewania, roztapiania oraz minimalizacji stężenia tlenu we wsadzie przy wykorzystaniu ciężkich frakcji węglowodorowych powstałych w procesie termokatalitycznej degradacji tworzyw sztucznych, przy czym odpady są kompresowane (1) i podawane do komory roboczej (2) wraz z ciężką frakcją węglowodorową (3), przy czym ciężka frakcja węglowodorowa stanowi od 20% do 60% masy w komorze roboczej; ściany komory roboczej są podgrzewane, korzystnie przy wykorzystaniu ciepła odpadowego z procesu termokatalitycznej degradacji tworzyw sztucznych; poprzez dostarczenie ciepła ogrzewa się wsad w komorze, który jest mieszany, a wilgoć odparowuje i wraz z powietrzem oraz parami lekkiej frakcji węglowodorowej wylatuje poprzez wylot gazów (5); wsad w formie płynnej mieszaniny o wilgotności poniżej 2% i średniej temperaturze od 160°C do 230°C podaje się do reaktora poprzez otwieranie zasuwy (6).The subject of the application is a method of pre-processing a waste charge with a high content of plastics, particularly polyolefins or with a high content of this group of materials, for the process of thermocatalytic degradation of plastics, simultaneously comprising the process of drying, heating, melting and minimizing the concentration of oxygen in the charge using heavy hydrocarbon fractions generated in the process of thermocatalytic degradation of plastics, wherein the waste is compressed (1) and fed to a working chamber (2) together with a heavy hydrocarbon fraction (3), wherein the heavy hydrocarbon fraction constitutes from 20% to 60% of the mass in the working chamber; the walls of the working chamber are heated, preferably using waste heat from the process of thermocatalytic degradation of plastics; by supplying heat, the charge in the chamber is heated, which is mixed, and the moisture evaporates and escapes together with air and vapors of the light hydrocarbon fraction through the gas outlet (5); the charge in the form of a liquid mixture with humidity below 2% and an average temperature from 160°C to 230°C is fed to the reactor by opening the valve (6).
