Abstract
Wynalazek rozwiązuje problem uzyskania pieczywa, chleba i/lub bułek o podwyższonej wartości prozdrowotnej i żywieniowej. Pieczywo według wynalazku zawiera dodatkowo, w stosunku do ogólnej masy mąki, wytłoki pozostałe po tłoczeniu na zimno oleju z nasion czarnuszki siewnej. Pieczywo o podwyższonej wartości żywieniowej i prozdrowotnej, charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera rozdrobnione wytłoki z nasion czarnuszki, powstałe w wyniku tłoczenia z tych nasion oleju na zimno, gdzie wytłoki występują w ilości od 1% do 40%. Korzystnie jest że pieczywo zawiera wytłoki z nasion czarnuszki w ilości od 15% do 35% składników sypkich.
