Abstract

Mechanizm różnicowy, wyposażony w półosie napędowe (1) i przekładnię (2), charakteryzuje się tym, że ma wewnętrzny korpus (6) z dwoma symetrycznymi wewnętrznymi komorami (11), a w każdej z nich, na każdej z półosi napędowych (1) osadzona jest nieruchomo symetryczna krzywka (3), której powierzchnia obwodowa połączona jest suwliwie z powierzchnią czołową dwóch tłoków (4) osadzonych przeciwlegle ruchomo w cylindrach (5) wewnętrznego korpusu (6). Wewnętrzne komory (11) połączone są ze sobą pierwszymi kanałami (16) i są częściowo wypełnione cieczą smarującą (18) i powietrzem, a wewnętrzny korpus (6) połączony jest nieruchomo z obu stron z tarczami (10). W każdej z tarcz (10) jest umieszczone łożysko (7) na półoś napędową (1), która za symetryczną krzywką (3) ułożyskowana jest w łożysku (7) umieszczonym w wewnętrznym korpusie (6). Każda z tarcz (10) na obwodzie połączona jest z cylindryczną obudową (9), na której obwodzie osadzona jest nieruchomo przekładnia (2). Pomiędzy wewnętrznym korpusem (6), a cylindryczną obudową (9) ma dwie symetryczne zewnętrzne komory (8) połączone z cylindrami (5) poszczególnych symetrycznych krzywek (3) i ze sobą drugimi kanałami (14) znajdującymi się na zewnętrznym obwodzie wewnętrznego korpusu (6) i trzecimi kanałami (15) równoległymi do półosi napędowych (1). In each of the discs (10), a bearing (7) is placed for the drive shaft (1), which is mounted behind the symmetrical cam (3) in a bearing (7) placed in the internal housing (6). Each of the discs (10) is connected on its circumference to a cylindrical housing (9), on the circumference of which the gear unit (2) is fixedly mounted. Between the internal housing (6) and the cylindrical housing (9) it has two symmetrical external chambers (8) connected to the cylinders (5) of the individual symmetrical cams (3) and to each other by second channels (14) located on the external circumference of the internal housing (6) and third channels (15) parallel to the drive shafts (1). The external chambers (8) are filled with hydraulic fluid (17).
