Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompensator toru wodnego instalacji hydraulicznej (10). Kompensator stosowany może być w instalacjach rurowych, bądź w zaworach takich instalacji, w szczególności u ujścia toru wodnego. Kompensator toru wodnego instalacji hydraulicznej (10), posiada zawór nastawny (1) stanowiący zamknięcie toru wodnego, zawierający nastawę (2) przesuwną bądź rotującą, a także zawór nastawny (1) toru wodnego instalacji hydraulicznej (10) posiada ujście (3) toru wodnego znajdujące się za nastawą (2) zaworu nastawnego (1) w linii toru wodnego, a tor wodny instalacji hydraulicznej (10) posiada obwiedniową dla niego tuleję (4) znajdującą się w linii biegu toru wodnego przed nastawą (2) zaworu nastawnego (1), zaś nastawa (2) połączona jest z pokrętłem (5). W tulei (4) znajduje się krótsza od tulei (4) wkładka (6), zawierająca co najmniej jeden przelotowy kanał (7) dla toru wodnego, zgodny biegiem z ujściem (3) zaworu nastawnego (1) oraz znajduje się komórka gazowa (8), wypełniona medium gazowym, o ciśnieniu nie mniejszym od ciśnienia roboczego toru wodnego instalacji hydraulicznej (10). Wkładka (6) będąc umieszczoną wzdłużnie na długości L, wzdłuż tulei (4) i kanału (7), jest styczna do tulei (4) na co najmniej jednym odcinku łukowym stanowiącym powierzchnię styczną z co najmniej wycinkiem pierścienia tulei (4). Komórka gazowa (8) znajduje się wewnątrz tulei (4), w ilości co najmniej jednej sztuki, w obszarze zajętym przez wkładkę (6), jednak na długości mniejszej niż L, przy czym objętość komórki gazowej (8) wynosi nie mniej niż 8% objętości tulei na długości L zawierającej wkładkę (6), jednak korzystnie nie więcej niż 50% objętości tulei (4) na tej długości, przy czym wypełnieniem do 100% jest objętość kanałów (7) i ścian wkładki (6).The subject of the application is a waterway compensator of a hydraulic installation (10). The compensator can be used in pipe installations or in valves of such installations, in particular at the outlet of the waterway. The waterway compensator of the hydraulic installation (10) has an adjustable valve (1) constituting a closure of the waterway, containing a sliding or rotating setting (2), and the adjustable valve (1) of the waterway of the hydraulic installation (10) has an outlet (3) of the waterway located behind the setting (2) of the adjustable valve (1) in the waterway line, and the waterway of the hydraulic installation (10) has a circumferential sleeve (4) for it located in the waterway line before the setting (2) of the adjustable valve (1), and the setting (2) is connected to the handwheel (5). In the sleeve (4) there is an insert (6) shorter than the sleeve (4), containing at least one through channel (7) for the waterway, coinciding with the outlet (3) of the adjustable valve (1) and there is a gas cell (8), filled with a gas medium, with a pressure not lower than the working pressure of the waterway of the hydraulic installation (10). The insert (6), being placed longitudinally along the length L, along the sleeve (4) and the channel (7), is tangential to the sleeve (4) on at least one arc section constituting a surface tangential to at least a segment of the sleeve ring (4). The gas cell (8) is located inside the sleeve (4), in the amount of at least one piece, in the area occupied by the insert (6), but over a length shorter than L, wherein the volume of the gas cell (8) is not less than 8% of the volume of the sleeve over the length L containing the insert (6), but preferably not more than 50% of the volume of the sleeve (4) over this length, wherein the volume of the channels (7) and the walls of the insert (6) is filled to 100%.
