Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób i urządzenie do ekstrakcji substancji z warstwy adsorbentu płytki chromatograficznej. Zgodnie z wynalazkiem sposób polega na utworzeniu mikronaczynia, którego ścianą jest ściana tulejki dociskanej prostopadle poprzez warstwę adsorbentu do płytki nośnej płytki chromatograficznej, a dno stanowi płytka nośna płytki chromatograficznej. Do tak utworzonego mikronaczynia dodaje się porcję lub porcje cieczy ekstrahującej od kilkudziesięciu do kilkuset mikrolitrów. Otrzymuje się ekstrakt, który po wyprowadzeniu z tulejki poddaje się analizie jakościowej i/lub ilościowej technikami instrumentalnymi. Sposób jest realizowany za pomocą urządzenia, które stanowi rodzaj mechanizmu dociskającego tulejkę prostopadle płytki chromatograficznej. Tulejka posiada specjalnie wyprofilowaną dolną krawędź, która ułatwia uzyskanie szczelnego połączenia dolnej części tulejki z płytką nośną płytki chromatograficznej. W urządzeniu stosuje się tulejki (1) wymienne wykonane z materiału odpornego chemicznie, korzystnie tworzywa sztucznego, np. polipropylenu.
