Abstract

Przyrząd pomiarowy do wyznaczania przewodności cieplnej zwłaszcza materiałów kompozytowych o osnowie polimerowej metodą termograficzną, posiadający płytę mocującą dolną, płytę mocującą górną i płytę oporową, oraz układ pomiarowy złożony z zaizolowanych termicznie dwóch metalowych brył prostopadłościennych, posiada izolację termiczną obu brył pomiarowych, górnej (6) i dolnej (7), składającą się z czterech części przesuwnych, górnej lewej (12a), górnej prawej (12b), dolnej lewej (12c), dolnej prawej (12d), oraz dwóch części nieruchomych, górnej (11a) i dolnej (11b), przy czym każda z części przesuwnych, górna lewa (12a), górna prawa (12b), dolna lewa (12c), dolna prawa (12d), posadowiona jest trwale na przynależnym do każdej z nich wsporniku nośnym (13), przymocowanym do ruchomego członu modułu wykonawczego, ponadto każda z części przesuwnych, górna lewa (12a), górna prawa (12b), dolna lewa (12c), dolna prawa (12d), ma postać prostopadłościanu, którego jedna pionowa krawędź ma zukosowanie, a obie części nieruchome górna (11a) i dolna (11b), zamocowane są rozłącznie do brył pomiarowych, górnej (6) i dolnej (7), ponadto części nieruchome, górna (11a) i dolna (11b), posiadają w rzucie na płaszczyznę poziomą kształt litery „C” z wewnętrznym wybraniem w kształcie trójkąta prostokątnego równoramiennego.A measuring device for determining thermal conductivity, especially of composite materials with a polymer matrix, by the thermographic method, having a lower mounting plate, an upper mounting plate and a resistance plate, and a measuring system consisting of two thermally insulated metal cuboid bodies, has thermal insulation of both measuring bodies, the upper one (6) and the lower one (7), consisting of four sliding parts, the upper left one (12a), the upper right one (12b), the lower left one (12c), the lower right one (12d), and two fixed parts, the upper one (11a) and the lower one (11b), wherein each of the sliding parts, the upper left one (12a), the upper right one (12b), the lower left one (12c), the lower right one (12d), is permanently mounted on a supporting bracket (13) belonging to each of them, attached to the movable member of the executive module, furthermore each of the sliding parts, the upper left one (12a), the upper right one (12b), the lower left one (12c), the lower right one (12d), upper right (12b), lower left (12c), lower right (12d), has the form of a cuboid, one vertical edge of which is bevelled, and both fixed parts, the upper (11a) and the lower (11b), are attached detachably to the measuring bodies, the upper (6) and the lower (7), furthermore, the fixed parts, the upper (11a) and the lower (11b), have the shape of the letter "C" when projected onto a horizontal plane with an internal recess in the shape of an isosceles right-angled triangle.
