Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest stanowisko do pomiaru współczynnika przewodzenia ciepła i kontaktowego oporu przepływu ciepła metodą termograficzną, posiadające płytę mocującą dolną, płytę mocującą górną i płytę oporową oraz układ pomiarowy złożony z zaizolowanych termicznie dwóch metalowych brył prostopadłościennych, który charakteryzuje się tym, że posiada izolację termiczną obu brył pomiarowych, górnej (6) i dolnej (7), składającą się z części przesuwnej (12) oraz części nieruchomej (11), przy czym część przesuwna (12) posadowiona jest trwale na wsporniku nośnym (13), przymocowanym do ruchomego członu (14) modułu wykonawczego, ponadto część przesuwna (12) posiada w rzucie na płaszczyznę poziomą kształt litery „U” z wewnętrznym wybraniem w kształcie kwadratu.The subject of the application is a stand for measuring the heat conduction coefficient and contact resistance of heat flow using the thermographic method, having a lower mounting plate, an upper mounting plate and a resistance plate, as well as a measuring system consisting of two thermally insulated cuboid metal blocks, which is characterized by thermal insulation of both measuring bodies, upper (6) and lower (7), consisting of a sliding part (12) and a stationary part (11), where the sliding part (12) is permanently mounted on a supporting bracket (13), attached to the movable member ( 14) of the executive module, moreover, the sliding part (12) has a "U" shape with an internal square-shaped recess in its projection on the horizontal plane.
