Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania jednorodnej warstwy jonoselektywnej membrany przy zastosowaniu metody druku aerozolowego obejmujący przygotowanie kompozycji membrany zawierającej rozpuszczalnik, jonofor, wymieniacz jonowy, polimer oraz plastyfikator, następnie nadrukowanie warstwy membrany na wybranym podłożu polimerowym, charakteryzujący się tym, że podczas przygotowywania płynna kompozycja membrany o lepkości wynoszącej od 1 do 15 mPa•s w temperaturze pokojowej pod wpływem atomizacji pneumatycznej przekształcana jest do postaci mgły aerozolowej składającej się z kropel o średnicy od 1 do 5 µm zawieszonych w gazie nośnym, korzystnie azocie, która następnie nadrukowywana jest na podłożu polimerowym, korzystnie podłożu poliuretanowym (TPU) o temperaturze w zakresie od 20 do 80°C przy prędkości posuwu wynoszącej od 0,5 - 5 mm/s i liczbie nakładanych warstw wynoszącej od 1 do 4, do wytworzenia warstwy membrany o grubości od 1 do 300 µm. Kolejnym przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest jednorodna warstwa jonoselektywnej membrany wytworzona tym sposobem oraz jej zastosowanie.The subject of the application is a method for producing a uniform ion-selective membrane layer using the aerosol printing method, including preparing a membrane composition containing a solvent, ionophore, ion exchanger, polymer and plasticizer, then printing the membrane layer on a selected polymer substrate, characterized by the fact that during preparation the liquid membrane composition viscosity ranging from 1 to 15 mPa•s at room temperature under the influence of pneumatic atomization is transformed into an aerosol mist consisting of drops with a diameter of 1 to 5 µm suspended in a carrier gas, preferably nitrogen, which is then printed on a polymer substrate, preferably a substrate polyurethane (TPU) with a temperature ranging from 20 to 80°C at a feed speed of 0.5 - 5 mm/s and the number of applied layers ranging from 1 to 4, to produce a membrane layer with a thickness of 1 to 300 µm. The next subject of the application is a homogeneous layer of ion-selective membrane produced in this way and its application.
