Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy formulacji do przetwarzania plastizolu polichlorku winylu w reakcji fotosieciowania, czyli do otrzymywania plastizolu polichlorku winylu, a z niego powłoki z plastizolu PCW na podłożu z użyciem sieciowania promieniowaniem UV powierzchni. Zgłoszenie dotyczy także sposobu fotosieciowania plastizolu. Zgłoszenie znajduje praktyczne zastosowanie przy produkcji materiałów reklamowych, uszczelek z tworzyw sztucznych, tapet, sztucznej skóry, zamków dmuchanych itp. Kompozycja - formulacja do otrzymywania fotosieciowanego plastizolu według wynalazku obejmuje trzy składniki zasadnicze: PCW — żywica natywna lub kopolimer PCW&AC lub kopolimer PCW&PVAC, mieszanina plastyfikatorów, czyli plastyfikator znany zawierający fosfor, ftalan diizononylu, fotoinicjator: tlenek 2,4,6-trimetylobenzoilodifenylofosfiny.
