Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest układ do pomiaru temperatury chłodzenia i zabezpieczenia systemu oczyszczania ścieków z samoobsługowej myjni samochodowej, w której przewód wlotowy (1) podłączony jest poprzez układ hydrauliczny myjni (2) do systemu oczyszczania (3). Przewód wlotowy (1) podłączony jest do wlotu (4.1) sterowanego zaworu trójdrożnego (4), którego pierwszy wylot (4.2) połączony jest trójnikiem (5) i układu hydraulicznego myjni (2). Pomiędzy układem hydraulicznym myjni (2) a systemem oczyszczania (3) zamocowany jest czujnik temperatury (6). Czujnik temperatury (6) podłączony jest pierwszym przewodem sygnałowym (6.1) z elektroniczną jednostką sterującą (7) podłączoną drugim przewodem sygnałowym (6.2) do sterowanego zaworu trójdrożnego (4). Drugi wylot (4.3) sterowanego zaworu trójdrożnego (4) połączony jest z pierwszym wlotem (8.1) wymiennika ciepła (8), którego pierwszy wylot (8.2) połączony jest z trójnikiem (5). Drugi wlot (8.3) i drugi wylot (8.4) wymiennika ciepła (8) podłączone są do wylotu i wlotu układu podgrzewania wody w myjni (9).The subject of the application is a system for measuring the cooling temperature and securing the sewage treatment system from a self-service car wash, in which the inlet pipe (1) is connected through the car wash's hydraulic system (2) to the treatment system (3). The inlet pipe (1) is connected to the inlet (4.1) of the controlled three-way valve (4), the first outlet of which (4.2) is connected to the tee (5) and the hydraulic system of the car wash (2). A temperature sensor (6) is mounted between the car wash hydraulic system (2) and the cleaning system (3). The temperature sensor (6) is connected via the first signal cable (6.1) to the electronic control unit (7) connected via the second signal cable (6.2) to the controlled three-way valve (4). The second outlet (4.3) of the controlled three-way valve (4) is connected to the first inlet (8.1) of the heat exchanger (8), whose first outlet (8.2) is connected to the tee (5). The second inlet (8.3) and the second outlet (8.4) of the heat exchanger (8) are connected to the outlet and inlet of the water heating system in the car wash (9).
