Wirnik separatora odśrodkowego przeznaczony do przesiewania materiałów sypkich, granulatów o różnej gęstości i gradacji jak minerały, piasek, ziarna, kapsułki, pastylki czy inne, zbudowany z perforowanego płaszcza (1) w kształcie stożka ściętego, po którego wewnętrznej powierzchni przesypywany jest separowany materiał, charakteryzuje się tym, że perforowany płaszcz (1) po stronie wewnętrznej wyposażony jest w spiralną bieżnię (2) wymuszającą zgodny z jej geometrią, spiralny tor ruchu separowanego materiału przesypującego się po wewnętrznej powierzchni pobocznicy płaszcza (1). A method of screening bulk materials in a centrifugal separator, in which the bulk material is screened on a rotor set in vibration, which has the form of a perforated casing in the shape of a truncated cone and which is equipped on its inner side with a spiral forcing raceway, in accordance with its geometry, the spiral path of the separated material, which flows over the inner surface of the casing side surface, is characterized in that the material is screened in a rotor whose natural vibration frequencies, at convergence with the frequency of the force forcing the rotor vibrations, i.e. in resonance, force local elastic deformation of the rotor.
