Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy układu cewki do nagrzewania platformy atomizacyjnej do ultradźwiękowej atomizacji metali, w urządzeniu do wytwarzania proszków metali, charakteryzującego się tym, że zawiera cewkę U (1) w kształcie niepełnego okręgu, wykonaną z rurki; rurki (2) doprowadzające czynnik chłodzący do cewki U (1); oraz rurki prowadzące (3); przy czym rurki (2) są wprowadzone do rurek prowadzących (3) tak, że przebiegają na całej ich długości i są do nich ściśle dopasowane, zaś ich końce wystające z rurek prowadzących (3) są trwale zamocowane do końców cewki U (1) i w płynowym połączeniu z nią oraz w widoku z boku układ cewki jest wygięty w dół tak, że cewka U (1) jest skierowana pod kątem w dół w stosunku do rurek prowadzących (3). Zgłoszenie dotyczy układu dwóch cewek do urządzenia do wytwarzania proszków metali zawierającego cewkę spiralną (4) do topienia materiału wsadowego oraz układ cewki według zgłoszenia. Zgłoszenie dotyczy zespołu roboczego do urządzenia do wytwarzania proszków metali zawierającego układ dwóch cewek oraz platformę atomizacyjną (7), a także ultradźwiękowego sposobu atomizacji metali.The application relates to a coil arrangement for heating an atomization platform for ultrasonic atomization of metals in a device for producing metal powders, characterized in that it comprises a U-coil (1) in the shape of an incomplete circle, made of a tube; tubes (2) for supplying a coolant to the U-coil (1); and guide tubes (3); wherein the tubes (2) are inserted into the guide tubes (3) so that they extend along their entire length and are closely fitted thereto, and their ends protruding from the guide tubes (3) are permanently attached to the ends of the U-coil (1) and in fluid communication therewith and in a side view, the coil arrangement is bent downwards so that the U-coil (1) is directed at an angle downwards with respect to the guide tubes (3). The application relates to a two-coil arrangement for a device for producing metal powders comprising a spiral coil (4) for melting the feedstock and the coil arrangement according to the application. The application relates to a working unit for a device for producing metal powders comprising a system of two coils and an atomization platform (7), as well as to an ultrasonic method for atomizing metals.
