Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku są szczepy Bacillus amyloliquefaciens 8/6 oraz Bacillus amyloliquefaciens A12B, zdeponowane w Polskiej Kolekcji Mikroorganizmów PCM w Instytucie Immunologii i Terapii Doświadczalnej Polskiej Akademii Nauk im. Ludwika Hirszfelda we Wrocławiu. Wynalazek dotyczy także zastosowania szczepów Bacillus amyloliquefaciens 8/6 albo Bacillus amyloliquefaciens A12B jako środka do biostymulacji wzrostu i rozwoju roślin oraz ochrony roślin przed agrofagami. Szczepy Bacillus amyloliquefaciens 8/6 albo Bacillus amyloliquefaciens A12B lub ich pochodne, takie jak zarodniki lub metabolity, aplikuje się w postaci zawiesiny wodnej poprzez fertygację, oprysk dolistny, oprysk gleby, używa do zaprawiania nasion lub w formie stałej do aplikacji doglebowej.The subject of the invention are the strains Bacillus amyloliquefaciens 8/6 and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens A12B, deposited in the Polish Collection of Microorganisms PCM at the Ludwik Hirszfeld Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Wrocław. The invention also relates to the use of the strains Bacillus amyloliquefaciens 8/6 or Bacillus amyloliquefaciens A12B as a means for biostimulation of plant growth and development and protection of plants against pests. The strains Bacillus amyloliquefaciens 8/6 or Bacillus amyloliquefaciens A12B or their derivatives, such as spores or metabolites, are applied in the form of an aqueous suspension by fertigation, foliar spraying, soil spraying, used for seed dressing or in solid form for soil application.
