Abstract
Kompozycja surfaktantów przeznaczona do ograniczenia produkcji wody w odwiertach gazowych, charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera: olej nośny będący di estrem glikolu polietylenowego kwasu oleinowego o średnim liczbowym ciężarze cząsteczkowym od 700 g/mol do 1200 g/mol i diestrem glikolu polietylenowego kwasu izostearynowego o średnim liczbowym ciężarze cząsteczkowym od 700 g/mol do 1200 g/mol w ilości od 1,0% (m/m) do 10,0% (m/m) całkowitej masy kompozycji surfaktantów, przy czym stosunek masowy dioleinowego diestru glikolu polietylenowego do diizostearynowego diestru glikolu polietylenowego wynosi 1:4; surfaktant niejonowy z grupy obejmującej etoksylowane alkohole, propoksylowane alkohole i propoksylowany dodecylofenol co najmniej jeden związek mający od 8 do 25 jednostek tlenku etylenu lub jednostek tlenku propylenu wybrany z grupy surfaktantów: a) etoksylowanego izotridekanolu, etoksylowanego tetradekanolu, etoksylowanego dodekanolu, etoksylowanego 2-butylooktanolu, etoksylowanego 2-heksylodekanolu, b) etoksylowanej heksadecyloaminy, etoksylowanej oktadecyloaminy, etoksylowanej tetradecyloaminy, c) propoksylowanego izotridekanolu, propoksylowanego tetradekanolu, propoksylowanego dodekanolu, propoksylowanego 2—butynooktnolu, propoksylowanego 2-heksylodekanolu, propoksylowanego dodecylofenolu, przy czym ilość niejonowego surfaktantu wynosi od 3,0% (m/m) do 20,0% (m/m) całkowitej masy kompozycji surfaktantów, a stosunek zastosowanych surfaktantów a:b:c wynosi 1:1:1; surfaktant anionowy wybrany z grupy obejmującej co najmniej jeden związek wybrany spośród: a) soli sodowej sulfonowanego alkoholu decylowego, b) soli sodowej sulfonowanego etoksylowanego alkoholu dodecylowego, c) soli sodowej dietyloheksylobursztynianu w ilości od 1,0% (m/m) do 3,0% (m/m) całkowitej masy kompozycji surfaktantów; rozpuszczalnik węglowodorowy w postaci frakcji naftowej o ilości od 10 do 12 atomów węgla w cząsteczkach węglowodorów parafinowo - naftenowych i zakresie temperatur wrzenia 190°C do 220°C w warunkach normalnych w ilości od 70,0% (m/m) do 80,0% (m/m) całkowitej masy kompozycji surfaktantów.A surfactant composition intended to limit water production in gas wells, characterized in that it comprises: a carrier oil being a polyethylene glycol diester of oleic acid having a number average molecular weight of from 700 g/mol to 1200 g/mol and a polyethylene glycol diester of isostearic acid having a number average molecular weight of from 700 g/mol to 1200 g/mol in an amount of from 1.0% (m/m) to 10.0% (m/m) of the total weight of the surfactant composition, wherein the weight ratio of the polyethylene glycol diolein diester to the polyethylene glycol diisostearic diester is 1:4; a non-ionic surfactant from the group consisting of ethoxylated alcohols, propoxylated alcohols and propoxylated dodecylphenol at least one compound having from 8 to 25 ethylene oxide units or propylene oxide units selected from the group of surfactants: a) ethoxylated isotridecanol, ethoxylated tetradecanol, ethoxylated dodecanol, ethoxylated 2-butyloctanol, ethoxylated 2-hexyldecanol, b) ethoxylated hexadecylamine, ethoxylated octadecylamine, ethoxylated tetradecylamine, c) propoxylated isotridecanol, propoxylated tetradecanol, propoxylated dodecanol, propoxylated 2-butynoctanol, propoxylated 2-hexyldecanol, propoxylated dodecylphenol, wherein the amount of non-ionic surfactant is from 3.0% (m/m) to 20.0% (m/m) of the total weight of the surfactant composition, and the ratio of surfactants a:b:c used is 1:1:1; an anionic surfactant selected from the group consisting of at least one compound selected from: a) the sodium salt of sulfonated decyl alcohol, b) the sodium salt of sulfonated ethoxylated dodecyl alcohol, c) the sodium salt of diethylhexylsuccinate in an amount of 1.0% (m/m) to 3.0% (m/m) of the total weight of the surfactant composition; a hydrocarbon solvent in the form of a petroleum fraction having from 10 to 12 carbon atoms in the molecules of paraffinic - naphthenic hydrocarbons and a boiling point range of 190°C to 220°C under normal conditions in an amount of 70.0% (m/m) to 80.0% (m/m) of the total weight of the surfactant composition.
