Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób przetwarzania odpadów papieru nasyconego żywicami fenolowo - formaldehydowymi i/lub melaminowo - formaldehydowymi i/lub mocznikowo – formaldehydowymi, który polega na tym, że odpady papierów nasyconych żywicami fenolowo - formaldehydowymi w ilości od 0% do 100% wagowych i/lub od 0% do 100% wagowych, odpadów papierów nasyconych żywicami melaminowo - formaldehydowymi i/lub od 0% do 100% wagowych odpadów papierów nasyconych żywicami mocznikowo - formaldehydowymi rozdrabnia się w młynie kulowym wypełnionym mielnikami w postaci kul ceramicznych o 2 — 5 różnych średnicach, przy czym stosunek średnicy kul o największej średnicy do kul o najmniejszej średnicy wynosi od 1:0,375 do 1:0,625, a stosunek ciężaru mielników do ciężaru mieliwa wynosi od 3,5:1 do 2,5:1 i mielenie prowadzi się do czasu uzyskaniu rozdrobnienia przemiału poniżej 200 mikrometrów, a tak uzyskany przemiał stosuje się jako napełniacz lub składnik napełniacza żywic fenolowych stanowiących, po dodaniu utwardzacza, klej stosowany w technologiach klejenia drewna.The subject of the application is a method of processing paper waste saturated with phenol-formaldehyde resins and/or melamine-formaldehyde resins and/or urea-formaldehyde resins, which consists in that paper waste saturated with phenol-formaldehyde resins in an amount of 0% to 100% by weight and/or 0% to 100% by weight, paper waste saturated with melamine-formaldehyde resins and/or 0% to 100% by weight of paper waste saturated with urea-formaldehyde resins is crushed in a ball mill filled with grinding media in the form of ceramic balls with 2-5 different diameters, wherein the ratio of the diameter of the balls with the largest diameter to the balls with the smallest diameter is from 1:0.375 to 1:0.625, and the ratio of the weight of the grinding media to the weight of the grinding material is from 3.5:1 to 2.5:1 and grinding is carried out until the grinding is finely divided below 200 micrometers, and the grinding thus obtained is used as a filler or a filler component of phenolic resins which, after adding a hardener, constitute the glue used in wood gluing technologies.
