Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania granulatu zawierającego recyklat z odpadów tekstylnych według wynalazku, który charakteryzuje się tym, że odpadowy materiał tekstylny z zastosowaniem mielenia kriogenicznego przekształcany jest w proszek — recyklat tekstylny. Powstały proszek jest łączony z: a) komercyjnym materiałem polimerowym lub b) recyklatem polimerowym lub c) mieszaniną materiału polimerowego i recyklatu (a)+b)) tworząc mieszaninę, z której po przetopieniu powstaje materiał kompozytowy — termoplast + recyklat tekstylny, który jest przekształcany w filament o zadanej średnicy. Powstały filament jest cięty do postaci komercyjnego granulatu.
