Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie transportowo-formujące (1) do formowania strumienia (S) segmentów przemysłu tytoniowego obejmujące w szczególności trzeci przenośnik (10) obejmujący tarcze separujące (11), przy czym tarcza separująca (11) posiada trzecie rowki (12) do przyjmowania segmentów z drugiego przenośnika bębnowego (8), a trzecie rowki (12) tarczy separującej (11) są rozmieszczone z trzecią podziałką (t3), przy czym tarcze separujące (11) mają osie obrotu (m) usytuowane niewspółosiowo, a co najmniej dwa trzecie rowki (12) tarcz separujących (11) są usytuowane niewspółosiowo, przy czym trzecie rowki (12) utrzymują segmenty w grupie (G) w konfiguracji niewspółosiowej spiralnej. Ponadto przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania co najmniej jednego strumienia (S) segmentów.
