Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania drutu bimetalowego Fe/Cu poprzez wyżarzanie i ciągnienie charakteryzuje się tym, że wyżarzanie prowadzi się w pierwszym etapie w temp. 640°C - 650°C w czasie 3 h, następnie w drugim etapie w temp. 620°C - 635°C w czasie 2,5 h, po czym drut poddaje się patentowaniu obejmującym wygrzanie drutu w temp. 850°C - 860°C w czasie 10 - 12 min i chłodzenie. Chłodzenie prowadzi się korzystnie powietrzem.The method of manufacturing a bimetallic Fe/Cu wire by annealing and drawing is characterized in that annealing is carried out in the first stage at a temperature of 640°C - 650°C for 3 h, then in the second stage at a temperature of 620°C - 635°C for 2.5 h, after which the wire is subjected to patenting comprising heating the wire at a temperature of 850°C - 860°C for 10 - 12 min and cooling. Cooling is preferably carried out with air.
