Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest reaktor biogazu, który zawiera co najmniej jedną szczelną komorę reakcyjną (5, 6) z przyłączem pompy (2) podającej substrat oraz z mieszalnikiem tego substratu z dodatkiem pofermentu oraz z przyłączem odbioru biogazu. Płaszcz komory reakcyjnej jest wyposażony w zewnętrzny zespół obwodowych rur grzewczych. Komora reakcyjna (5, 6) stanowi korpus cylindryczny, gdzie oś symetrii tego korpusu jest odchylona od poziomu o kąt (α) o wartości od 1,5° do 6°. Mieszadło ma postać wału obrotowego (6.4) współosiowego z cylindrycznym korpusem komory reakcyjnej (5), gdzie do tego wału obrotowego (6.4) zamocowany jest element mieszający w postaci spiralnie okręconej wokół tego wału obrotowego (6.4) wstęgi metalowej (6.5). Dwie komory reakcyjne (5, 6) połączone ze sobą w jeden układ przepływowy, gdzie każda z komór (5, 6) jest zakończona z obu stron dennicami (5.1, 5.3, 6.1, 6.3), gdzie w górnych częściach obu komór reakcyjnych (5, 6) zamocowane jest przyłącze odbioru (14) biogazu. Komory reakcyjne (5, 6) posadowione są w układzie pionowym, jedna komora reakcyjna (5) nad drugą komorą reakcyjną (6), gdzie górna część górnej komory reakcyjnej (5) połączona jest z górną częścią dolnej komory reakcyjnej (6) pionowym przyłączem odbioru (14) biogazu. Zespół zasilania komór reakcyjnych (5, 6) mieszaniną substratu z pofermentem przyłączony jest do dolnej dennicy (5.1) górnej komory reakcyjnej (5), zaś zespół odbioru ciekłego pofermentu po procesie fermentacji, przyłączony jest do dolnej dennicy (6.3) dolnej komory reakcyjnej (6).The subject of the application is a biogas reactor that comprises at least one sealed reaction chamber (5, 6) with a connection for a pump (2) feeding the substrate and with a mixer for said substrate with the addition of post-fermentation and with a connection for receiving biogas. The jacket of the reaction chamber is equipped with an external set of circumferential heating pipes. The reaction chamber (5, 6) is a cylindrical body, where the axis of symmetry of said body is deflected from the horizontal by an angle (α) of 1.5° to 6°. The mixer is in the form of a rotating shaft (6.4) coaxial with the cylindrical body of the reaction chamber (5), where a mixing element in the form of a metal ribbon (6.5) spirally wound around said rotating shaft (6.4) is attached to said rotating shaft (6.4). Two reaction chambers (5, 6) connected to each other in one flow system, where each of the chambers (5, 6) is terminated on both sides with bottoms (5.1, 5.3, 6.1, 6.3), where in the upper parts of both reaction chambers (5, 6) a biogas collection port (14) is mounted. The reaction chambers (5, 6) are positioned in a vertical arrangement, one reaction chamber (5) above the other reaction chamber (6), where the upper part of the upper reaction chamber (5) is connected to the upper part of the lower reaction chamber (6) by a vertical biogas collection port (14). The assembly for supplying the reaction chambers (5, 6) with the substrate and digestate mixture is connected to the lower bottom (5.1) of the upper reaction chamber (5), while the assembly for receiving the liquid digestate after the fermentation process is connected to the lower bottom (6.3) of the lower reaction chamber (6).
