Uchwyt mocujący zawiera element stały (1), który ma kształt zbliżony do kątownika, przy czym jeden jego krótszy bok zakończony jest prostopadłościennym profilem (3), w którego powierzchni bocznej jest wybranie (4) oraz zawiera element ruchomy (2), który ma kształt zbliżony do kątownika, którego jedno z ramion, po stronie przeciwnej do drugiego ramienia, wzdłuż jego długości ma prowadnicę (5), której kształt odpowiada kształtowi wybrania (4) elementu stałego (1). Prowadnica (5) elementu ruchomego (2) zamocowana jest przesuwnie wzdłuż jej osi w wybraniu (4) elementu stałego (1). Na długości prowadnicy (5) elementu ruchomego (2) oraz na prostopadłym do niej boku elementu stałego (1) są magnesy trwałe (6).
