Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie mocujące z mechanizmem szybkiego mocowania i pozycjonowania oprzyrządowania lub pozycjonowania obrabianych przedmiotów. Urządzenie mocujące z mechanizmem szybkiego mocowania i pozycjonowania oprzyrządowania lub pozycjonowania obrabianych przedmiotów zawierające płytę (1) wybraniami (12) i otworami mocującymi (9) pod kołki precyzyjnego mocowania, bloki zaciskowe, śrubę pociągową (2), sprężyny (7) charakteryzuje się tym, że w płycie (1) w centralnej części w wybraniu (12) osadzone są na śrubie pociągowej (2) dwa bloki, zaciskowy blok napędowy (3) i zaciskowy blok przesuwny (4), dociskane do siebie za pomocą sprężyn (7) i przedzielone nieruchomym mostkiem ustalającym (5), przy czym zaciskowy blok napędowy (3) osadzony jest na gwintowanej części śruby (2), a zaciskowy blok przesuwny (4) osadzony jest za pomocą obsady (6) na części walcowej. Mostek ustalający (5) stanowi żebro lub osobną część osadzoną w rowku (10) wybrania (12) płyty (1).
