Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest proces oczyszczania ścieków z nitrobenzenu lub/i innych związków nitrowych charakteryzuję się tym, że oczyszczany roztwór zawierający związki nitrowe redukuje się w układzie reakcyjnym poprzez mieszanie z reagentem w postaci soli zawierającej anion podsiarczynu (S2O42-), korzystnie podsiarczynem sodu lub potasu. W celu zwiększenia efektywności procesu stosuje się czynnik zewnętrzny taki jak wodór lub/i tlenek węgla oraz zastosowanie promieniowania UV.The subject of the application is a process for purifying wastewater from nitrobenzene and/or other nitro compounds, characterized in that the purified solution containing nitro compounds is reduced in a reaction system by mixing with a reagent in the form of a salt containing a hydrosulfite anion (S2O42-), preferably sodium or potassium hydrosulfite. In order to increase the efficiency of the process, an external factor such as hydrogen and/or carbon monoxide and the use of UV radiation are used.
