Abstract

Luźny pierścień kompozytowy do połączeń kołnierzowych składa się z kompozytowej dolnej ścianki (Zd) zawierającej obwodowe wzmocnienie (W) cylindrycznych ścian otworów (L) pod śruby oraz z warstwy środkowej (S), która stanowi kompozytowy rdzeń wykonany na bazie żywicy z recyklantem (R). Obwodowe wzmocnienia (W) zawierają fragmenty wycinków warstw tkanin (T) wygięte do góry wokół cylindrycznej powierzchni bocznej otworów (L). Z kolei zawartość wagowa napełniaczy szklanych scalonych warstw tkanin (T) i recyklantu (R) wynosi wagowo korzystnie ponad 50% masy pierścienia.
