Abstract

The subject of the application is a method of generating vibrations of galvanized objects in the process of hot-dip galvanizing. The method uses a device for generating vibrations containing a first vibration generator (1) and a second vibration generator (2). The method is carried out in such a way that sets of technological patterns are established, and then a batch subjected to hot-dip galvanizing is created from one set of galvanized objects (3), after which the percentage of deviation from the technological pattern is determined and then three basic variants of the configuration of the disc rotation planes with imbalance for two vibration generators (1) and (2) are established. In a further stage of the method, the galvanizing process is carried out, after which it is assessed whether the modification of the selected configuration improves the result in the form of a reduction in the standard deviation of the zinc layer thickness.
