Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mieszanka mineralno-asfaltowa do budowy nawierzchni drogowej lub barier drogowych i sposób jej wytwarzania. Mieszanka charakteryzuje się tym, że ma asfalt D 50/70, D 70/100 tub D 100/150 w ilości od 30,0% do 45,0% wagowych, korzystnie 38,0% wagowych, granulat gumowy o średnicy do 3,0 mm w ilości od 5,0% do 15,0% wagowych, korzystnie 12,0% wagowych, polimer w ilości od 2,0% do 4,0% wagowych asfaltu, korzystnie 2,5% wagowych asfaltu, granulat celulozowy w ilości od 1,0% do 5,0% wagowych, korzystnie 3,0% wagowych, mączkę wapienną w ilości od 23,2% do 35,5% wagowych, korzystnie 24,8% wagowych, granulat ceglany o granulacji do 3,0 mm w ilości od 2,0% do 7,0% wagowych, korzystnie 4,25% wagowych, piasek pomiedziowy o granulacji do 2,0 mm w ilości od 5,0% do 16,0% wagowych, korzystnie 14,0% wagowych, perlit o granulacji do 3,0 mm w ilości od 2,0% do 6,0% wagowych, korzystnie 3,0% wagowych. Korzystnie, gdy polimer to SEBSMAH (styren-etylen-butylen-styren z bezwodnikiem kwasu maleinowego). The mixture is characterized in that it has asphalt D 50/70, D 70/100 or D 100/150 in an amount of 30.0% to 45.0% by weight, preferably 38.0% by weight, rubber granulate with a diameter of up to 3.0 mm in an amount of 5.0% to 15.0% by weight, preferably 12.0% by weight, polymer in an amount of 2.0% to 4.0% by weight of asphalt, preferably 2.5% by weight of asphalt, cellulose granulate in an amount of 1.0% to 5.0% by weight, preferably 3.0% by weight, limestone flour in an amount of 23.2% to 35.5% by weight, preferably 24.8% by weight, brick granulate with granulation up to 3.0 mm in an amount of 2.0% to 4.0% by weight, preferably 2.5% by weight of asphalt. 7.0% by weight, preferably 4.25% by weight, copper sand with granulation up to 2.0 mm in an amount of 5.0% to 16.0% by weight, preferably 14.0% by weight, perlite with granulation up to 3.0 mm in an amount of 2.0% to 6.0% by weight, preferably 3.0% by weight. Preferably, the polymer is SEBSMAH (styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene with maleic anhydride). The method of producing the mixture according to the application consists in mixing the D 50/70, D 70/100 and D 100/150 asphalt with rubber granulate, limestone flour, brick granulate and copper sand, heating the whole to a temperature of 180°C, introducing the polymer, mixing for 30 minutes, then adding the cellulose granulate and perlite while stirring, mixing until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
