Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania prefabrykowanych elementów żelbetowych, w którym przygotowuje się formę z szalunkiem i zbrojeniem, po czym zalewa się formę betonem, który poddaje się zagęszczaniu, charakteryzujący się tym, że na odkrytą powierzchnię formowanego elementu po zakończeniu zagęszczania nanosi się (13) primer w ilości od 50 do 90 g/m2 pokrywanej powierzchni betonu, po czym na pokrytą primerem odkrytą powierzchnię nanosi się (14) środek refleksyjny, w ilości od 100 do 180 g/m2 pokrywanej powierzchni betonu, przy czym primer zawiera od 20% do 35 % wag. mikrosfer oraz od 65% do 80% wag. wodo rozpuszczalnego środka hydrofobowego, a środek refleksyjny zawiera od 45% do 65% wag. mikrosfer oraz od 35% do 55% wag. wody.
