Karuzela, charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera hamulec magnetyczny usytuowany pomiędzy podestem (6) a fundamentem (1) podstawy, przy czym ten hamulec magnetyczny zawiera stalową poziomą tarczę (10), której środek jest usytuowany w osi obrotu podestu (6) oraz zestaw magnesów neodymowych usytuowanych równolegle względem tarczy (10) i zwróconych ku jej powierzchni, przy czym jeden z tych elementów hamulca magnetycznego jest połączony z podstawą, zaś drugi z dolną powierzchnią podestu (6), a ponadto magnesy neodymowe są rozmieszczone w równych odstępach względem osi obrotu podestu (6) oraz względem siebie.
