Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest fleksograficzna maszyna drukarska, zwłaszcza do nanoszenia aktywnej powłoki hamującej rozwój drobnoustrojów z użyciem lakieru zawierającego nanocząstki żelaza zerowartościowego. Maszyna drukarska charakteryzuje się tym, że na wałku serwo (7) zamocowany jest bęben chłodzący (8) o zwiększonym obwodzie, zawierającym się w przedziale od 37 do 45 cali, korzystnie 41 cali, powyżej którego usytuowana jest lampa ledowa (9), przy czym segment drukujący (2) usytuowany jest w strefie bębna chłodzącego (8) w taki sposób, że wstęga (1) zadrukowywanego materiału prowadzona jest z segmentu drukującego (2) po obwodzie bębna chłodzącego (8) poprzez strefę działania lampy ledowej (9) na wałek transmisyjny (6), który jest usytuowany na wysokości lampy ledowej (9), po jej przeciwnej stronie, poniżej segmentu drukującego (2), zaś kolejne wałki transmisyjne (3, 4, 5) usytuowane są w skrajnych częściach maszyny drukarskiej, przy czym wałek transmisyjny (5) usytuowany jest na wysokości bębna chłodzącego (8) natomiast wałki transmisyjne (3, 4) usytuowane są na jednej wysokości w dolnej strefie maszyny drukarskiej, poniżej bębna chłodzącego (8), gdzie pomiędzy wałkiem transmisyjnym (3) a wałkiem transmisyjnym (4) zamocowane jest urządzenie suszące (10), korzystnie suszarka gorącym powietrzem, która usytuowana jest pomiędzy wałkami transmisyjnymi (3, 4) a bębnem chłodzącym (8).The subject of the application is a flexographic printing machine, in particular for applying an active coating that inhibits the growth of microorganisms using a varnish containing nanoparticles of zero-valent iron. The printing machine is characterized in that a cooling drum (8) with an increased circumference, ranging from 37 to 45 inches, preferably 41 inches, is mounted on the servo roller (7), above which an LED lamp (9) is located, wherein the printing segment (2) is located in the zone of the cooling drum (8) in such a way that the web (1) of the printed material is guided from the printing segment (2) along the circumference of the cooling drum (8) through the zone of operation of the LED lamp (9) to the transmission roller (6), which is located at the height of the LED lamp (9), on its opposite side, below the printing segment (2), while the subsequent transmission rollers (3, 4, 5) are located in the extreme parts of the printing machine, wherein the transmission roller (5) is located at the height of the cooling drum (8), while the transmission rollers (3, 4) are located on at one height in the lower zone of the printing machine, below the cooling drum (8), where a drying device (10) is mounted between the transmission roller (3) and the transmission roller (4), preferably a hot air dryer, which is located between the transmission rollers (3, 4) and the cooling drum (8).
