Abstract
Przedmiotami zgłoszenia są folia elektretowa, wykazująca trwałe naelektryzowanie i mająca zastosowanie do mocowania jej na dowolnej powierzchni oraz do budowy przetworników elektromechanicznych i przyrząd do wytwarzania folii elektretowej. Folia elektretowa stanowi płaską taśmę (1) o grubości 1 - 2 mm i szerokości 200 - 300 mm, wykonaną z politetrafluoroetylenu (PTFE), zawierającą w całej objętości taśmy (1) obszary trwale naelektryzowane i mające kształt wzajemnie równoległych pasków, przy czym zwroty wektorów natężenia pola elektrycznego, wytwarzanego przez sąsiadujące ze sobą paski są przeciwne oraz prostopadłe do powierzchni taśmy (1). Przyrząd do wytwarzania folii elektretowej, wykorzystujący metodę wyładowania koronowego, zawiera płytę górną w kształcie prostokąta, umieszczoną poziomo i mającą od strony dolnej wystające górne paski dystansowe o grubości 0,5 - 1 mm, skierowane równolegle do krótszego boku płyty górnej. W tej płycie od strony dolnej są osadzone na wcisk górne elektrody ostrzowe, w kształcie prętów o przekroju poprzecznym kołowym, zakończone stożkami ostrzami zwróconymi pionowo w dół i wierzchołki ostrzy tych elektrod pokrywają się z dolną powierzchnią płyty górnej.
