Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób obróbki drewna iglastego oraz obrobione drewno iglaste. Sposób obróbki drewna iglastego o postaci okrągłej dłużycy obejmujący segregację, przecinanie dłużycy na kłody (4), koronowanie, pozycjonowanie, przecieranie, suszenie, struganie, docinanie na długość, sztaplowanie, charakteryzuje się tym, że w procesie segregacji kłód (4) wykrywa się w nich obecność ukrytych odłamków metalowych za pomocą wykrywacza metalu (6), a każdą kłodę (4) zanieczyszczoną metalami znakuje się, zaś odseparowane kłody (4) bez wtrąceń metalicznych pozycjonuje się w optymalnej pozycji wyznaczonej za pomocą systemu detekcji optycznej zawierającej wieloczujnikowy skaner (5), następnie przeciera się na traku pionowym, po czym oddziela się materiał boczny (2) od materiału głównego (1), który poddaje się dalszemu przecieraniu metodą krzyżową, na tarcicę z otwartym rdzeniem lub z wyjęciem rdzenia (3), następnie składa w pakiety z przeznaczeniem do procesu suszenia w komorach suszarniczych i struga się za pomocą strugarki, a następnie sztapluje się tarcicę (3), za pomocą automatycznej linii do kapowania tarcicy z obustronnym prowadzeniem liniowym przycina się na odpowiednią długość, w pakiety (3). The processed softwood pine in the shape of a cuboid produced by the method according to the invention is characterized in that it has no core or has an open core, its static bending strength is above 64 MPa, and the average value of the modulus of elasticity is 16843 MPa, and the value of the maximum water absorption is up to 6%.
