Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest przedstawione na rysunku urządzenie do automatycznej detekcji uszkodzeń karoserii pojazdów samochodowych, zawiera co najmniej jeden moduł oświetleniowy, do którego na tylnej ścianie zamocowany jest komputer obliczeniowy, a przednią powierzchnię stanowi źródło światła, na której zamocowane jest co najmniej jedno urządzenie rejestrujące obraz, a na bocznej ścianie zamocowany jest zespół pomiarowy zawierający co najmniej cztery czujniki, przy czym moduł oświetleniowy znajduje się w odległości od 40 do 100 cm od powierzchni karoserii pojazdu lub innego detalu, a urządzenie rejestrujące obraz jest kamerą monochromatyczną o rozdzielczości minimum 3Mpix z hardwareowym wejściem wyzwalającym migawkę, zdolną do synchronizacji z modułem oświetleniowym i urządzeniem rejestrującym obraz, którego obiektyw jest wyposażony w możliwość manualnego dostrajania, przy czym ekwiwalent ogniskowej dla wykorzystywanego urządzenia rejestrującego obraz ma wartość ekwiwalentu ogniskowej Eko dla obiektywu urządzenia rejestrującego obraz formatu 35 mm odpowiadającą co najmniej dziesięciokrotności stosunku odległości L modułu oświetleniowego od powierzchni karoserii pojazdu lub innego detalu do szerokości S modułu oświetleniowego wyrażonej w mm, o wzorze: EKo >= 10 * L/S, natomiast źródło światła widzialnego jest zaopatrzone w ekran w formie kontrastujących ze sobą na przemian jasnych i ciemnych pasów o szerokości od 3 do 30 mm i stosunku luminancji sąsiednich pasów w stosunku maksymalnym 10:1, korzystnie 2:1, wykorzystując światło widzialne o wartości luminacji każdego typu pasów strukturalnych co najmniej 200 cd/m<sup>2</sup>, zaś komputer na podstawie danych zebranych z modułu oświetleniowego, urządzeń rejestrujących obraz i co najmniej czterech czujników steruje ruchem modułu oświetleniowego oraz urządzeniem rejestrującym obraz, przy czym dane z komputera przechowywane są w chmurze obliczeniowej, gdzie odbywa się proces analizy danych przez sieci neuronowe odpowiedzialne za detekcję uszkodzeń.
