Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mieszalnik do układów selektywnej redukcji katalitycznej gazów spalinowych zawierający wlot gazów spalinowych, komorę przepływu gazów spalinowych, wylot gazów spalinowych oraz gniazdo wtryskiwacza, charakteryzuje się tym, że w komorze (8) przepływu gazów spalinowych, prostopadle do wlotu (2) gazów spalinowych umieszczona jest rura przepływu wewnętrznego (5), która w części górnej zawiera co najmniej jeden otwór z kształtowym przetłoczeniem (10), a w części dolnej na zewnętrznej stronie zawiera co najmniej cztery łopatki (7) o spiralnym kształcie. Rura przepływu wewnętrznego (5) zamocowana jest w rurze przepływu zewnętrznego (6), która w dolnej części posiada otwory (11), a po stronie wylotu (3) gazów spalinowych rura przepływu zewnętrznego (6) połączona jest z płytą stożkową (9), która zamocowana jest prostopadle względem rury przepływu wewnętrznego (6), a wierzchołek stożka płyty stożkowej (9) skierowany jest do wewnątrz rury przepływu wewnętrznego (5).The subject of the application is a mixer for selective catalytic reduction systems for exhaust gases comprising an exhaust gas inlet, an exhaust gas flow chamber, an exhaust gas outlet and an injector seat, characterised in that an internal flow pipe (5) is placed in the exhaust gas flow chamber (8) perpendicularly to the exhaust gas inlet (2), which in its upper part comprises at least one opening with a shaped embossment (10), and in its lower part on the outer side comprises at least four spiral-shaped blades (7). The internal flow pipe (5) is mounted in an external flow pipe (6), which in its lower part has openings (11), and on the exhaust gas outlet side (3), the external flow pipe (6) is connected to a conical plate (9), which is mounted perpendicularly to the internal flow pipe (6), and the top of the cone of the conical plate (9) is directed inside the internal flow pipe (5).
