Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób rozdzielania komponentów, z których składają się odpadowe laminaty foliowe typu PET/PE/PET, pochodzące z produkcji. Sposób polega na tym, że w pierwszym etapie procesu rozdzielania komponentów laminatów (1) następuje pocięcie laminatów foliowych do wielkości 3 — 5 mm, a następnie poprzez proces proszkowania (2) otrzymuje się proszek będący mieszaniną tworzyw PET i PE, o wielkości ziaren ok. 500 µm (0,5 mm), który umieszcza się w zbiorniku proszku PET/PE (3). Następnie do zbiornika mieszająco-rozpuszczającego (6) w procesie dozowania (5) umieszcza się proszek mieszaniny tworzyw PET i PE ze zbiornika proszku PET/PE (3) oraz rozpuszczalnik, jakim jest toluen, ze zbiornika rozpuszczalnika (4). Następnie w zbiorniku mieszająco-rozpuszczającym (6) odbywa się proces mieszania (7) oraz proces rozpuszczania tworzywa PE. Następnie odbywa się proces sączenia (9) nierozpuszczonego tworzywa PET do zbiornika sproszkowanego PET (10), po czym odsączone tworzywo PET przekazywane jest do suszenia, natomiast toluen razem z rozpuszczonym tworzywem PE przewodem (11) transportowany jest do zbiornika z rozpuszczonym PE w toluenie (12) i dalej ciecz przesyłana jest przewodem (13) do zbiornika z wytrąconym PE w toluenie (14) posiadającego płaszcz chłodzący (16), gdzie odbywa się proces mieszania (15) oraz wytrącania się z roztworu tworzywa PE. Następnie prowadzony jest proces sączenia (17), podczas którego tworzywo PE gromadzi się w zbiorniku sproszkowanego PE (18), a toluen przechodzi przewodem (19) do zbiornika rozpuszczalnika (4). Odsączone tworzywo PE ze zbiornika sproszkowanego PE (18) przekazywane jest do suszenia.The subject of the application is a method of separating components of waste PET/PE/PET film laminates from production. The method consists in that in the first stage of the laminate component separation process (1), the film laminates are cut to a size of 3-5 mm, and then, through a pulverizing process (2), a powder is obtained, which is a mixture of PET and PE materials, with a grain size of approx. 500 µm (0.5 mm), which is placed in a PET/PE powder tank (3). Then, in a dosing process (5), the powder of the mixture of PET and PE materials from the PET/PE powder tank (3) and the solvent, which is toluene, from the solvent tank (4) are placed in the mixing and dissolving tank (6). Then, the mixing process (7) and the PE material dissolution process take place in the mixing and dissolving tank (6). Then, the process of filtering (9) of undissolved PET material takes place into the powdered PET tank (10), after which the drained PET material is transferred for drying, while toluene together with dissolved PE material is transported through the pipe (11) to the tank with dissolved PE in toluene (12) and then the liquid is sent through the pipe (13) to the tank with precipitated PE in toluene (14) having a cooling jacket (16), where the process of mixing (15) and precipitation of PE material from the solution takes place. Then the filtration process (17) is carried out, during which the PE material is collected in the powdered PE tank (18), and toluene passes through the pipe (19) to the solvent tank (4). The drained PE material from the powdered PE tank (18) is transferred for drying.
