Abstract
Ujawniono dwustronną taśmę klejącą, która jest umieszczona pomiędzy zewnętrzną powierzchnią jednolitej ramy (12) modułu bateryjnego (10), a arkuszem miki aby utrzymywać silny stan przylegania przy jednoczesnym wykazywaniu efektu blokowania ciepła spowodowanego przez niestabilność cieplną wytworzoną z wewnętrznych ogniw akumulatora (11) i przy równoczesnym skutecznym hamowaniu pęcznienia, które powoduje deformację i eksplozję. To znaczy, że dwustronna taśma klejąca topi się i rozrywa w określonym uprzednio zakresie temperatur, aby zapewnić przejście, poprzez które co najmniej jeden z gazu i płomienia, które są wytwarzane i gromadzone z powodu niestabilności cieplnej, rozładowuje się na zewnętrz we współdziałaniu z otworem do odrywania tworzącym część (A) arkusza miki, który jest rozrywany, gdy występuje niestabilność cieplna, w ten sposób skutecznie hamując wzrost wewnętrznego ciśnienia i wewnętrznej temperatury modułu bateryjnego (10). Dwustronna taśma klejącą zawiera laminowaną strukturę, w której pierwsza warstwa przylepcowa mająca kompozycję, w której środek fotoutwardzający dodaje się do polimeru na bazie akrylu, elastyczna warstwa podstawowa mająca kompozycję, w której sadzę techniczną dodaje się do żywicy poliuretanowej i druga warstwa przylepcowa mająca kompozycję, w której środek fotoutwardzający dodaje się do polimeru na bazie akrylu są sekwencyjnie laminowane.
