Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób destylacji molekularnej ekstraktów chmielowych charakteryzujący się tym, że ekstrakt chmielowy po upłynnieniu w temperaturze 70°C poddaje się destylacji w temperaturze 115°C, ciśnieniu poniżej 10<sup>-1</sup> Pa, przepływie 75 ml dm<sup>-2</sup> h<sup>-1</sup>, w wyniku czego otrzymuje się strumień destylatu D1 i pozostałości R1. Pozostałość R1 poddaje się ponownej destylacji przy temperaturze 117°C, ciśnieniu poniżej 10<sup>-1</sup> Pa, przepływie 56 ml dm<sup>-2</sup> h<sup>-1</sup>, uzyskując strumień destylatu D2 i pozostałości R2. Korzystnie pozostałość R2 poddaje się kolejnej destylacji molekularnej przy temperaturze 119°C, ciśnieniu poniżej 10<sup>-1</sup> Pa, przepływie 47 ml dm<sup>-2</sup> h<sup>-1</sup>. Uzyskane destylaty D2 i D3 łączy  się i miesza w celu uzyskania finalnego destylatu.
