Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest hybrydowy układ zasilania z separacją galwaniczną oraz sposób działania takiego układu przeznaczony, w szczególności do maszyn wielozadaniowych, koparek, robotów wyburzeniowych, pozwalający na pracę ww. maszynom niezależnie od sposobu zasilania. Hybrydowy układ zasilania z separacją galwaniczną przeznaczony, w szczególności do maszyn wielozadaniowych, który wyposażony jest w złącze fazowe (105), baterię trakcyjną (305), oraz opcjonalnie dodatkowo przetwornicę (320) DC/DC, co najmniej jeden silnik elektryczny (400), który napędza pompę hydrauliczną (505) a ta w połączeniu z rozdzielaczem hydraulicznym (510) przesyła olej hydrauliczny do odbiorników w maszynie wielozadaniowej odpowiedzialnych za pracę układu roboczego oraz napędowego. Wspomniany silnik elektryczny (400) połączony jest z falownikiem (315) i sterowany jest poprzez ten falownik (315), oraz układ wyposażony jest w co najmniej jeden elektroniczny moduł sterujący ECU (600) odpowiedzialny za sterowanie poszczególnymi elementami układu. Z kolei wspomniane złącze fazowe (105) jest złączem usytuowanym albo przed filtrem sieciowym przeciwzakłóceniowym EMI (110), który jest usytuowany z kolei między złączem fazowym (105) a co najmniej jedną lub większą liczbę przetwornic (200) AC/DC, na poziomie których następuje separacja galwaniczna, i/lub poprzez rozdzielacz fazowy (115) prądu przemiennego AC, przy czym przetwornice (200) AC/DC po stronie DC są połączone z baterią trakcyjną (305), falownikiem (315) oraz opcjonalnie dodatkowo przetwornicą (320) DC/DC.The subject of the application is a hybrid power supply system with galvanic separation and the method of operation of such a system intended, in particular, for multi-task machines, excavators, demolition robots, allowing the operation of the above-mentioned. machines regardless of the power supply method. A hybrid power supply system with galvanic separation intended, in particular, for multi-tasking machines, which is equipped with a phase connector (105), a traction battery (305), and, optionally, a DC/DC converter (320) and at least one electric motor (400), which drives the hydraulic pump (505), which, in combination with the hydraulic distributor (510), sends hydraulic oil to the receivers in the multi-tasking machine responsible for the operation of the working and drive systems. Said electric motor (400) is connected to an inverter (315) and is controlled by this inverter (315), and the system is equipped with at least one electronic control module ECU (600) responsible for controlling individual elements of the system. In turn, said phase connector (105) is a connector located either upstream of the EMI line filter (110), which in turn is located between the phase connector (105) and at least one or more AC/DC converters (200) at the level of which galvanic separation takes place and/or through an AC phase divider (115), whereby the AC/DC converters (200) on the DC side are connected to a traction battery (305), an inverter (315) and, optionally, an additional DC converter (320). /DC.
