Abstract

Metoda wytwarzania płytowego kompozytu z wykorzystaniem celulozy i cząstek węglowych o zwiększonej ognioodporności polega na tym, że dysperguje się w wodzie cząstki bogate w węgiel pierwiastkowy, tj. o zawartości węgla >90%, wybrane spośród grafitu ekspandującego (EG) i nanorurek węglowych (CNT), w stosunkach wagowych w zakresie od 0,2:1 do 1:0,2 w układzie wodnym, stosunek wagowy cząstek węglowych do wody wynosi od 1:1 do 100:1; wytwarza się pulpę celulozową o stężeniu 1% - 25% w wodzie; wprowadza się do pulpy celulozowej zdyspergowaną zawiesinę cząstek węglowych; formuje się kompozyt na maszynie papierniczej; suszy i prasuje się kompozyt, przy czym dyspersję EG/CNT utrzymuje się w wodzie przez okres 24 godzin, a następnie uzyskaną dyspersję cząstek homogenizuje się w czasie 30 - 45 s za pomocą homogenizatora o prędkości obrotowej od 400 do 4000 obr/min, aż do uzyskania homogenicznej dyspersji wodnej i homogeniczną dyspersję cząstek dodaje się do wytworzonej równolegle pulpy celulozowej w ilości 1% -75% wagowych w stosunku do całkowitej masy wyrobu i domiela się mieszaninę w czasie 10 s w rafinerze, a pulpę celulozową wytwarza się tak, że celulozę, w postaci arkuszy wstępnie rozdrabnia się na cząstki wielkości 1 - 4 cm<sup>2</sup>, moczy przez 24 godziny w dejonizowanej wodzie, stosunek wagowy celulozy do wody wynosi 1:10, a po 24 godzinach celulozę rozwłóknia się w rozwłókniaczu i dodaje się wodę, aż do uzyskania łącznego stosunku celulozy do wody na poziomie 1:50, po czym jednorodną pulpę przenosi się do aparatu formującego arkusze i rozcieńcza wodą do stężenia masy w zakresie od 2% - 20% i formuje się arkusze celulozowo-węglowe.The method of producing a plate composite using cellulose and carbon particles with increased fire resistance consists in dispersing particles rich in elemental carbon, i.e. with a carbon content >90%, selected from expanding graphite (EG) and carbon nanotubes (CNT) in water. , in weight ratios ranging from 0.2:1 to 1:0.2 in an aqueous system, the weight ratio of carbon particles to water is from 1:1 to 100:1; cellulose pulp with a concentration of 1% - 25% in water is produced; a dispersed suspension of carbon particles is introduced into the cellulose pulp; the composite is formed on a paper machine; the composite is dried and pressed, the EG/CNT dispersion is kept in water for 24 hours, and then the obtained particle dispersion is homogenized for 30 - 45 s using a homogenizer with a rotation speed of 400 to 4000 rpm, until obtaining a homogeneous water dispersion and a homogeneous dispersion of particles is added to the cellulose pulp produced in parallel in an amount of 1% -75% by weight in relation to the total weight of the product and the mixture is ground for 10 s in the refiner, and the cellulose pulp is produced in such a way that the cellulose, in sheet form is pre-shredded into particles of 1 - 4 cm <sup>2</sup>, soaked for 24 hours in deionized water, the weight ratio of cellulose to water is 1:10, and after 24 hours the cellulose is defibrated in a pulper and added water until the total cellulose to water ratio is 1:50, then the homogeneous pulp is transferred to the sheet forming apparatus and diluted with water to a pulp concentration ranging from 2% - 20% and cellulose-carbon sheets are formed.
