Description

Degradable bagasse mulching film and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of mulching film production, and in particular relates to a degradable bagasse mulching film and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Bagasse belongs to non-wood fibers, and can be classified as grass fibers in nature. It has a very thin P layer (primary wall), a thicker S1 layer (secondary wall outer layer) and an S2 layer (secondary wall middle layer) divided into two large layers. Microfibers of S2 layerAligned and oriented at about 30-40 deg. to the axial direction, the microfibers being composed of

Of the base microfiber of (1). But it is different from general grass fiber, has the advantages of centralized source, huge yield, simple collection and small transportation radius, and is a high-quality renewable agricultural waste resource. For a long time, the comprehensive utilization rate and the generated additional value of bagasse are low, most of bagasse is burned as energy fuel or directly discarded, and part of bagasse is used for primary application of papermaking and artificial boards, but the bagasse contains a large amount of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin, and rapid development is achieved in the field of biological material research.
The traditional bagasse application is to modify and prepare a novel material by physical and chemical means, mainly relates to the research on the composite performance of the bagasse, but the characteristics and the structural performance of the bagasse are not deeply expanded, and a complex production process is involved to a certain extent. The characteristics of the bagasse are expanded and more performances are derived by the superfine grinding technology, and the application of the bagasse in degradable membrane materials has higher theoretical and application values.
A process for preparing the bagasse-base biomembrane 201010141466.5 includes such steps as enriching a lot of nitrifying-denitrifying bacteria on the spherical carrier of bagasse, natural filming, and treating polluted water with less investment and high effect.

crushing bagasse coarse powder in a vibration mill for 25 min.
In conclusion, the degradable bagasse mulching film and the preparation method thereof provided by the embodiment of the invention can improve the utilization efficiency of bagasse, and a physical method is used for processing the bagasse, so that the complex pulping process of fiber-containing biomass such as bagasse is solved, the biomass such as bagasse is directly formed into a film in a solid form, and the method is simple and has strong applicability. And the granularity of the bagasse ultrafine powder is controlled between 10nm and 100 mu m, so that the bagasse ultrafine powder is used as a main raw material of the degradable bagasse mulching film. Compared with untreated bagasse, the raw material has enhanced material characteristics, and improves the performance of the degradable bagasse mulching film. And the degradation rate of the degradable bagasse mulching film can reach more than 95 percent, and the degradable bagasse mulching film can be used as a mulching film.
The embodiments described above are some, but not all embodiments of the invention. The detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention is not intended to limit the scope of the invention as claimed, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
