Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są diazowe pochodne kolchicyny o wzorze ogólnym (1), w których R<sub>1</sub>, R<sub>2</sub>, R<sub>3</sub> niezależnie oznaczają H lub F, przy czym fragment diazowy łączy się z pierścieniem benzamidowym w pozycjach orto, meta lub para. Kolejnym przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania diazowych pochodnych kolchicyny obejmujący reakcję kolchicyny o wzorze ogólnym (2) z pochodną diazową o wzorze (3), a także sposób otrzymywania diazowych pochodnych kolchicyny obejmujący etap syntezy pochodnej diazowej o wzorze (3) w reakcji chlorku kwasowego o wzorze (4) z nitrozobenzenem o wzorze (5).
