Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest nawóz zawiesinowy o zawartości siarki elementarnej powyżej 50% wag. który zawiera zawieszoną w wodzie mikronizowaną siarkę elementarną o średnim rozmiarze ziarnowym cząstek mniejszym niż 10 µm, korzystnie 5 µm, oraz środki zagęszczające fazę płynną, polimerowy niejonowy środek powierzchniowo czynny oraz naturalne glinki bentonitowe lub attapulgitowe, a także jednowodny kwas cytrynowy i pochodne izotiazoliny korzystnie mieszaninę chlorometyloizotiazoliny i benzoizotiazoliny. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób wytwarzania nawozu wg wynalazku, który polega na tym, że sporządza się wodną zawiesinę zawierającą 55%, korzystnie 58% siarki granulowanej o uziarnieniu 0,5 - 10 mm dyspergując siarkę w wodzie w szybkoobrotowym dyspergatorze — disolwerze, po czym zdyspergowaną siarkę miele się do uzyskania wielkości ziaren poniżej 100 µm w kuleczkowym młynie zawiesinowym wypełnionym kuleczkami mielącymi o średnicach 2,6 - 3,3 mm przez czas 30 - 50 minut, a końcowe mielenie do uziarnienia siarki poniżej 10 µm prowadzi się w poziomym młynie tarczowo-kuleczkowym z kuleczkami mielącymi o średnicy 0,7 — 0,9 mm, a otrzymaną po końcowym mieleniu zawiesinę mikronizowanej siarki stabilizuje się dodając osobno sporządzoną wodną kompozycję stabilizującą zawierającą środek zagęszczający fazę płynną, polimerowy niejonowy środek powierzchniowo czynny oraz glinki bentonitowe lub attapulgitowe, po czym homogenizuje się powstałą mieszaninę a następnie dodaje się do niej jednowodny kwas cytrynowy do uzyskania pH 3,5 – 7,0 korzystnie 4,5 - 6,0, i stabilizator mikrobiologiczny zawierający jako substancję czynną mieszaninę chlorometyloizotiazoliny i benzoizotiazoliny.The subject of the application is a suspension fertilizer with an elemental sulfur content above 50% by weight. which contains micronized elemental sulfur suspended in water with an average particle size of less than 10 µm, preferably 5 µm, and liquid phase thickeners, a polymeric non-ionic surfactant and natural bentonite or attapulgite clays, as well as citric acid monohydrate and isothiazoline derivatives, preferably a mixture chloromethylisothiazolines and benzisothiazolines. The application also includes a method for producing fertilizer according to the invention, which consists in preparing an aqueous suspension containing 55%, preferably 58% of granulated sulfur with a grain size of 0.5 - 10 mm by dispersing the sulfur in water in a high-speed disperser - dissolver, and then dispersing the sulfur is ground to a grain size of less than 100 µm in a suspension ball mill filled with grinding balls with diameters of 2.6 - 3.3 mm for 30 - 50 minutes, and the final grinding to a sulfur grain size of less than 10 µm is carried out in a horizontal disc-ball mill with grinding balls with a diameter of 0.7 - 0.9 mm, and the suspension of micronized sulfur obtained after final grinding is stabilized by adding a separately prepared aqueous stabilizing composition containing a liquid phase thickener, a polymer non-ionic surfactant and bentonite or attapulgite clays, and then homogenized the resulting mixture and then citric acid monohydrate is added to it to obtain a pH of 3.5 - 7.0, preferably 4.5 - 6.0, and a microbiological stabilizer containing a mixture of chloromethylisothiazoline and benzisothiazoline as an active substance.
