Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest maszyna rolnicza, zwłaszcza do zbierania pokosów traw i innych roślin wyposażona we wspornik zawieszenia urządzenia wspomagającego zbiór zielonki ze sprężyną. Maszyna rolnicza, zwłaszcza do zbierania pokosów traw i innych roślin posiadająca co najmniej jeden układ roboczy, który jest przymocowany do ramienia bocznego i składa się z podbieracza (11) realizującego podnoszenie zielonki z podłoża oraz przenośnika, taki że w pozycji roboczej maszyny płaszczyzna robocza przenośnika jest prawie równoległa do podłoża, a w pozycji transportowej razem z ramieniem bocznym przestawiany jest do pozycji, w której płaszczyzna przenośnika jest prawie prostopadła do podłoża, przy czym układ roboczy wyposażony jest w co najmniej jedno urządzenie wspomagające zbiór zielonki w postaci obrotowej rolki umieszczonej nad podbieraczem (11) zamocowanej do ramy przenośnika za pomocą wspornika zawieszenia charakteryzuje się tym, że wspornik zawieszenia posiada element sprężysty (10) umożliwiający ruch urządzenia wspomagającego względem podbieracza (11). Element sprężysty (10) z jednej strony przymocowany jest na stałe do sztywnej części (2) wspornika zawieszenia połączonego z ramą przenośnika (9), a z drugiej do przedłużki (20) elementu sprężystego (10) z zamocowanym urządzeniem wspomagającym. Element sprężysty (10) ma postać płaskownika wygiętego w kształcie łuku, a wzdłuż jego długości zamocowany jest element tłumiący (16). Na jednej powierzchni bocznej elementu sprężystego (10) na obu jego końcach przymocowane są na stałe sworznie. Na końcu elementu sprężystego (10) znajdują otwory regulacyjne, a na przedłużce (20) regulacyjne otwory przelotowe (12).The subject of the application is an agricultural machine, especially for collecting grass and other plants, equipped with a suspension bracket for a device supporting the collection of green fodder with a spring. An agricultural machine, especially for collecting grass and other plant swaths, having at least one working system, which is attached to the side arm and consists of a pick-up (11) lifting the green fodder from the ground and a conveyor, such that in the working position of the machine, the working plane of the conveyor is almost parallel to the ground, and in the transport position, together with the side arm, it is moved to a position in which the conveyor plane is almost perpendicular to the ground, and the working system is equipped with at least one device supporting the collection of green fodder in the form of a rotating roller placed above the pick-up (11 ) attached to the conveyor frame by means of a suspension bracket, is characterized in that the suspension bracket has a spring element (10) enabling the movement of the supporting device relative to the pick-up (11). On the one hand, the spring element (10) is permanently attached to the rigid part (2) of the suspension bracket connected to the conveyor frame (9), and on the other, to the extension (20) of the spring element (10) with the attached supporting device. The elastic element (10) has the form of a flat bar bent in the shape of an arc, and a damping element (16) is mounted along its length. On one side surface of the elastic element (10), pins are permanently attached at both ends. There are adjustment holes at the end of the spring element (10), and adjustment holes (12) on the extension (20).
