Abstract

Urządzenie do mechanicznego oczyszczania ścieków bytowych z biofiltrem lamelowym mające postać cylindrycznego zbiornika biofiltra (14) usytuowanego poza osadnikiem gnilnym, zamkniętego od góry pokrywą (15), zaopatrzonego w doprowadzenie ścieków nieoczyszczonych (17), w którym umieszczone są wkłady filtracyjne (13) składające się z wlotu, dna filtra, góry filtra, siatki (9), materiału filtrującego, prętów wspierających, filtra, a zbiornik biofiltra (14) połączony jest w pobliżu swego dna ze zbiornikiem pompy (18), również o kształcie cylindrycznym, zamkniętym od góry pokrywą (15), w którym znajduje się zatapialna pompa (9), pływak pompy (16) i odprowadzenie ścieków oczyszczonych (18). Sposób oczyszczenia ścieków bytowych z wykorzystaniem urządzenia, w którym przeprowadza się etapy: doprowadzenie ścieków niedostatecznie oczyszczonych w osadniku gnilnym lub w małej oczyszczalni ścieków, przepuszczenie ścieków przez materiał filtracyjny pod ciśnieniem hydrostatycznym, oczyszczenie mechaniczne i biologiczne ścieków, odprowadzenie oczyszczonych ścieków. It is characterized by the fact that untreated sewage is led to the biofilter tank (14), and then to the first filter insert (13) through its inlet, the sewage, bypassing the telescopic pipe overflow covered with a cover, flows through the lamella filter and then flows towards the bottom of the biofilter tank. (14), and when the sewage level is higher, they flow through the emergency inlet and are directed to the next filter insert (13), then flow to the pump tank (18) from where they are discharged via the pump (9) through the purified sewage discharge (18) to the outside .
