By the way, the processing capacity of a septic tank is determined in advance. For this reason, if a larger amount of wastewater than the aeration tank can handle at once flows into the aeration tank, such as bath wastewater, etc., the burden becomes too large and the tank cannot be treated, resulting in high BOD wastewater being discharged. As a countermeasure for this, it is necessary to prevent the wastewater that has flowed into the settling tank from being immediately discharged into the aeration tank. One of the countermeasures is to install a flow rate adjustment tank. This can solve the above problem, but if a flow rate adjustment tank is installed, a pump or the like is also required in addition to the flow rate adjustment tank, and septic tanks used in general households have a problem in terms of price.

The structure of the invention taken to achieve the above object is as follows. In the first invention, in a small combined treatment septic tank having a first settling tank, an aeration tank, and a last settling tank, a flow rate is provided between the first settling tank and the aeration tank to adjust the flow rate of wastewater flowing into the aeration tank. A regulating device is provided, and the final settling tank is a small combined treatment septic tank with an aeration pipe and a filter. In the second invention, in a small combined treatment septic tank having an initial settling tank, an aeration tank, and a final settling tank, a flow rate is provided between the first settling tank and the aeration tank to adjust the flow rate of wastewater flowing into the aeration tank. A regulating device is provided, and the first settling tank is a settling portion that separates the solid and liquid! It is equipped with an anaerobic sedimentation tank that has a contact material that fixes the lees and living organisms, and the final sedimentation tank is a small combined treatment septic tank that has an aeration pipe and a filter. The above-mentioned initial settling tank means a tank installed before the aeration tank, and its name and number do not matter. Similarly, the final settling tank refers to a tank installed after the aeration tank, regardless of its name or number. The action flow rate adjustment device discharges wastewater according to the processing capacity of the aeration tank. When more wastewater than the treatment capacity flows in, the flow rate adjustment device first stores it in the sedimentation tank so that it does not flow directly into the aeration tank, and the flow rate adjustment device allows it to gradually flow into the aeration tank. In other words, the upper part of the sedimentation tank has the function of a flow rate adjustment tank. In the case where the sedimentation tank has a contact material that fixes living organisms, pretreatment of wastewater is performed in addition to the sedimentation function and flow rate adjustment function. Since the final settling tank has an aeration pipe and a filter, post-treatment and filtration of the wastewater are performed.

The present invention will be explained in more detail based on embodiments shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic explanatory diagram of a wastewater treatment device. The wastewater treatment equipment includes a first sedimentation tank 1 into which raw water flows, a second sedimentation tank 2 and a third sedimentation tank 3 that perform solid-liquid separation, and a preliminary filtration tank that sends a predetermined amount of solid-liquid separated wastewater to an aeration tank. 4. A plurality of aeration tanks 5 that purify the wastewater sent from the preliminary filtration tank 4
.. It is equipped with a tertiary treatment tank 7 that performs solid-liquid separation of purified water and removes color and odor contained in the treated water separated in the aeration tank 5 until it can be reused as domestic water. The preliminary filtration tank 4 is provided with a filter layer 43 except for the upper space 41 and the lower space 42 . The filter medium layer 43 is composed of a plurality of filter medium units. The filter unit will be explained later. Note that the filter medium layer can also be omitted. A flow rate adjustment device 6 is provided between the preliminary filtration tank 4 and the aeration tank 5. An advection tube 60 passes through the partition wall 40 . An inflow pipe 62 in which an inflow port 61 is located below the position of the eight flow pipes 60 is connected to the end of the advection pipe 60 on the side of the preliminary filtration tank 4 . Further, at the end of the advection tube 60 on the side of the preliminary filtration tank, a riser tube 64 that rises upward from the position of the advection tube 60;
A bypass pipe 66 extending downward from the upper end of the riser pipe 64 to the upper and lower positions of the inflow pipe 62 is connected thereto. Furthermore, the aeration tank side end of the advection pipe 60 is connected to the outflow pipe 6 which extends below the shelf. The inlet of the inflow pipe is designed so that the flow rate can be adjusted by appropriately changing the aperture to match the target flow rate. FIG. 2 is a partially cutaway perspective view of the main parts showing the structure inside the aeration tank. The aeration tank will be explained with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. The aeration tank 5 consists of aeration tank groups 5a and 5b, which have the same structure, so the aeration tank 5a will be explained. Aeration tank 5
A is formed into a circular or rectangular shape, and a filter layer 53 is provided except for an upper space 51 and a lower space 52. Aeration 495
An aeration cylinder 54 is erected in the center of a, penetrating the filter medium layer 53. A diffuse reflection plate 540 is arranged above the aeration cylinder 54 with a slight interval from the upper end. In addition, it is also possible to set the upper end of the aeration cylinder 54 lower than the water level of the drainage water, and to inject and diffuse the drainage water that has risen due to the air lift action into the water. Further, an air pipe 55 is provided to penetrate through the filter layer 53, the lower end of the air pipe 55 communicates with the lower part of the aeration cylinder 54, and a gas diffuser (not shown) is provided at the tip. Further, a vibrator 56 for drawing out settled sludge is provided to penetrate the filter layer 53. The filter medium layer 53 consists of a large number of small cylinder bodies 20. Note that the filter medium layer 53 can also be composed of a plurality of filter medium units. In that case, the filter medium unit is configured by housing a large number of the small cylinders in a water passage bag. For example, synthetic resin net is used as the material for the water bag. The amount of small cylinders accommodated in the filter medium unit is such that the small cylinders can move freely within the water bag, and therefore the overall shape of the filter medium unit can be freely deformed. For this reason, as shown in Figure 2, aeration 4fj5
There is an aeration cylinder 54 in a. Air pipe 55 and extraction vibe 56
Even if the filter medium unit is arranged, it is possible to fill the filter medium unit in such a way that almost no voids are created around the small cylinder body, similar to when the small cylinder body is filled irregularly with loose pieces. In order to fill the filter media unit in this manner, a loss dollar (not shown) is placed in the upper part of the lower space 52, a mounting net (not shown) is laid on top of it, and the filter media unit is filled in the upper space 51 without any gaps.
After the filter is filled to the bottom, a covering net 58, which is the same as the mounting net, is stretched over the uppermost filter medium unit. See Figure 3. FIG. 3 is a sectional view of the small cylinder. The small cylindrical body 20 has a small opening 21 and a large opening 22 on both sides,
It has a structure in which a constricted portion 23 is formed in the center. The filter medium of this structure has a large contact area, and since it is irregularly filled in the filter medium layer 53, the circulating flow becomes turbulent due to the shape of the voids, and a strong effect of trapping suspended matter appears. The tertiary treatment tank 7 is separated by a partition wall 70 and is provided with a filter 71, and between the partition wall 70 and the tank wall 72 is a water passage section 7.
It is 3. The filter body 71 has a three-layer structure, with a coke layer 74. The charcoal layer is 75° and the shell layer 76 is provided. The shell layer 76 is made up of a plurality of shells housed in water-permeable bags. Coke layer 74. Charcoal layer75. shell layer 76
A loofah fiber-shaped water passage part 77 obtained by foam molding of plastic is provided below, and above the water passage part 77 is a mounting net similar to the covering net 58 (not shown).
is tensioned. In addition, 79 is limestone that prevents the shell layer 76 from floating, and 8 is a diffuser. It's a tube. Function Next, the function of this embodiment will be explained. (2) The waste water that has flowed into the first settling tank 1 through the inflow pipe 1a is advected by the raw water pump to the settling tanks 2 and 3, where it is separated into solid and liquid. Flow rate adjustment 4' for wastewater after separating solids
! 4 and a predetermined amount according to the capacity of the aeration tank is sent to the first aeration tank 5a. The waste water stored in the preliminary filtration tank 4 flows through an inlet 61, an inlet pipe 62. Advection tube 60. It flows into the aeration tank 5a through the outflow pipe 67. The water level is normally held at position A. Drainage from the preliminary filtration tank 1 flows through the inlet 6 located below the water level A, so solids suspended at the water level A do not flow into the inflow pipe. It never gets clogged. The height of A+H is set in anticipation of inflows occurring at the same time as laundry, bathing, and cooking. When the amount of liquid in the preliminary filtration tank 1 increases more than expected and reaches abnormal water level B, the bypass pipe 66, riser pipe 64. The water flows into the aeration tank 2 through the inflow pipe 62, and as a result, the water level returns to between clean water levels A+B. ■ The wastewater that has flowed into the aeration tank 5a is mixed with air in the aeration cylinder 54 and rises due to the air lift action, and is exposed to the action of aerobic organisms while repeatedly passing between the filter media layers 53 on which biological sludge is fixed. purified by. The treated water purified in the first aeration tank 5a is transferred to the second aeration tank 5.
b, and is treated in the same manner as the first aeration tank 5a. The treated water treated in the aeration tank 5 flows into the tertiary treatment tank 7. ■ The treated water that has flowed into the tertiary treatment 4!7 passes through the water passage section 73 and flows below the filter body 71, and from there flows into the coke layer 74.
.. Charcoal layer 75. It passes through the shell layer 76 and flows into the defoaming tank 8 . In the filter body 71, ammonia nitrogen is removed by a coke layer 74, and odor and color are removed by a charcoal layer 75. Acidity is neutralized by the shell layer 76. In addition, the air diffuser 8
aerated by. Note that the present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment, and a defoaming tank and a discharge tank are provided after the tertiary treatment 4!7, and the treated water whose foam has been eliminated by the defoaming Iff is discharged while being sterilized. Many modifications are possible within the scope of the claims, such as the possibility of flowing into a tank and discharging from a wastewater treatment device.
