Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest instalacja do wytwarzania energii elektrycznej i cieplnej z odpadów poliolefinowych w procesie krakingu, zawierająca rurowy reaktor przepływowy połączony z układem grzewczym oraz moduł skraplania i rozdziału par produktów charakteryzująca się tym, że w wewnętrznym bębnie przepływowego reaktora rurowego umiejscowiony jest układ plastyfikujący (A) o geometrii ślimaka, zaopatrzony we frezowanie w kształcie rynien oraz trzon napędowy (B) reaktora, który zamontowany jest na podwójnej tulei, przy czym wyjście trzonu napędowego (B) reaktora połączone jest z wejściem układu skraplania par produktów (C), przy czym sprawność procesowa instalacji wynosi przynajmniej 90%.The subject of the application is an installation for generating electricity and heat from polyolefin waste in the cracking process, containing a tubular flow reactor connected to a heating system and a module for condensing and separating product vapors, characterized by the fact that a plasticizing system (A) is located in the internal drum of the tubular flow reactor. with screw geometry, equipped with milling in the shape of gutters and the drive shaft (B) of the reactor, which is mounted on a double sleeve, with the output of the drive shaft (B) of the reactor connected to the input of the product vapor condensation system (C), with process efficiency installation is at least 90%.
