Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób podsadzania pustek poeksploatacyjnych lub zrobów z powierzchni terenu, który polega na tym, że uprzednio zlokalizowane pustki eksploatacyjne lub zroby udostępnia się z powierzchni terenu za pomocą co najmniej jednego otworu podsadzkowego (3), co najmniej jednego otworu odpowietrzającego (4) oraz za pomocą co najmniej jednego otworu odwadniającego (5). Otwory wykonuje się z wykorzystaniem metody udarowo-obrotowej z dolnym młotkiem i świdrem, przy równoczesnym zapuszczaniu do otworu kolumny rur okładzinowych wyposażonych w but z koronką. W trakcie zatłaczania otworem podsadzkowym (3) materiału podsadzkowego do zrobów (2), za pomocą otworu odwadniającego (5) odpompowuje się dopływającą do niego wodę, zatłaczanie kończy się po stwierdzeniu obecności wody w otworze odpowietrzającym (4), natomiast proces odpompowywania wody w otworze odwadniającym (5) kończy się po ustaleniu się wielkości dopływu wody do otworu odwadniającego (5) na poziomie mniejszym lub równym od dopływu naturalnego, zmierzonego przed rozpoczęciem zatłaczania, materiału podsadzkowego, po czym otwory likwiduje się znanymi metodami.The subject of the application is a method of backfilling mining voids or workings from the ground surface, which consists in making previously located mining voids or workings accessible from the ground surface using at least one backfilling hole (3), at least one vent hole (4) and using at least one drainage hole (5). The holes are made using the percussion-rotary method with a lower hammer and a drill, while simultaneously inserting a column of casing pipes equipped with a shoe with a crown into the hole. During the injection of backfilling material into the goafs (2) through the backfilling hole (3), the water flowing into it is pumped out through the drainage hole (5), the injection ends after the presence of water is detected in the venting hole (4), and the process of pumping out the water in the hole drainage hole (5) ends when the amount of water inflow to the drainage hole (5) is set at a level lower or equal to the natural inflow of backfill material, measured before the injection, and then the holes are closed using known methods.
