Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest naczepa (1) pojazdu ciężarowego z opcją dokowania wózka widłowego (2). Zgłoszenie ma zastosowanie w szczególności do przewożenia wózka widłowego (2) wewnątrz naczepy, pod plandeką, która osłania wózek widłowy (2) podczas transportu wraz z przewożonym na naczepie (1) towarem, bądź osłania przewożony na naczepie (1) wózek widłowy (2) po dokonaniu rozładunku towaru. Naczepa (1) pojazdu autonomicznego, w szczególności ciężarowego przeznaczonego do przewożenia towarów, umożliwia opcjonalne dokowania wózka widłowego (2) wewnątrz naczepy (1). Naczepa (1) korzystnie w pełni zamykana, jest wyposażona w podłogę i elementy mocowane do podłogi (3), posiada wysuwaną w kierunku do tyłu choćby jedną podporę (4), korzystnie z blokadami przesuwu (5), ustawnymi w pozycji wsuniętej i wysuniętej, a także wyposażona jest w przynajmniej jeden połączony z nią uchwyt (6) przystosowany do umieszczenia w nim choćby jednej widły wózka widłowego (2). Uchwyt (6) umożliwia dokowanie wideł i korzystnie posiada własny element kotwiący (8), natomiast widły są dodatkowo blokowane przynajmniej jednym ogranicznikiem (9) przemieszczenia wzdłużnego. Naczepa (1) jest wyposażona w poziomo osadzoną w płaszczyźnie podłogi prowadnicę (10) dla uchwytu (6), przy czym element kotwiący (8) kotwi dolną część uchwytu (6) w prowadnicy (10), natomiast górna część uchwytu (6) w pozycji zakotwionej, czyli pozycji pracy, jest wyniesiona ponad płaszczyznę podłogi i ponad prowadnicę (10). Prowadnica (10) jest co najmniej jedna dla przynajmniej jednego uchwytu (6). Prowadnica (10) umieszczona jest w metalowym kasetonie (12), który to osadzony jest trwale i nierozłącznie we wgłębnej wnęce (13) podłogi, gdzie spód kasetonu (12) osadzony jest na konstrukcji nośnej (14) podłogi, wierzch kasetonu (12) jest zlicowany z płaszczyzną podłogi (3), zaś prowadnica (10) posiada przynajmniej jedną nieciągłość powierzchni (15), poprzez którą uchwyt (6) jest w niej zamocowany rozłącznie.The subject of the application is a semi-trailer (1) of a truck with the option of docking a forklift (2). The semi-trailer (1) is equipped with a guide (10) for the handle (6) mounted horizontally on the floor, where the anchoring element (8) anchors the lower part of the handle (6) in the guide (10), and the upper part of the handle (6) in the anchored position, i.e. the working position, is raised above the floor plane and above the guide (10). There is at least one guide (10) for at least one holder (6). The guide (10) is placed in a metal cassette (12), which is permanently and inseparably mounted in the recess (13) of the floor, where the bottom of the cassette (12) is mounted on the supporting structure (14) of the floor, the top of the cassette (12) is flush with the floor plane (3), and the guide (10) has at least one surface discontinuity (15), through which the handle (6) is detachably mounted therein.
